How laundry pickup & delivery works at Tavo
From booking to delivery — five steps, fully explained.
Book a pickup
Call or WhatsApp us at +977-9813379958, or submit the form on our Contact page. Tell us your address, what service you need and a preferred pickup time. We confirm within the hour.
You do not need to sort your laundry in advance. Just bag everything and have it ready for the rider.
We collect from your door
Our rider arrives at the agreed time. They bring a docket book and log every category of item collected — shirts, trousers, bed sheets, special items. You sign and keep a copy.
If you have delicate or high-value garments, mention them at collection so we can note them on the docket.
Processing at the plant
Items are transported to our central facility and sorted by service type (wash-and-fold, dry clean, iron) and fabric. Each customer's load is tagged with their name and phone number throughout.
We wash colours separately from whites. Delicates and dry-clean-only items are handled by a separate team.
Quality check
Before packing, every item is checked against your docket count and inspected for quality. Stains that could not be fully removed are flagged. The count is verified.
We do not pack an order until it matches the original docket exactly.
Delivered to your door
Your items are packed in clear labelled bags and delivered at the agreed time. The rider confirms the count against your docket copy. If anything is wrong, we fix it.
Standard turnaround: 24 hours (wash-and-fold, ironing), 48 hours (dry cleaning, carpet cleaning).
